Handcrafted of recycled brass using the "lost wax" method of casting at an artisans' cooperative in Bamenda, Cameroun, this brass pendant is a miniature representation of a traditional Camerounian Double Gong which is played during funeral celebrations as well as during other ritual celebrations. This brass alloy was made from recycled metal. It is 2" tall.
